Micro-gravity tests

Micro-gravity tests are supported by this vertical. An intuitive approach to almost all physical phenomena where body force due to gravity has an influence becomes questionable in space. Secondary phenomena which otherwise are masked in normal gravity environment and thus neglected, become dominant and controlling mechanisms in zero gravity. Further, complications arise due to cross-coupling of various such physical sub-phenomena. 

The projects in verticals A and B will thus use the 2.5 second micro-gravity drop tower at IITM for preliminary experiments to test process-related phenomenon. 

Longer duration micro-gravity facilities using commercially available parabolic flights will be explored and conducted. 

Local startups (EPlane) who are considering such offerings will be engaged. 

Sub-orbital flights (Agnikul startup) are also another option that can be considered in the future.
